Standardization in automotive is crucial for scaling complex systems, particularly in enabling Over-the-Air Updates. However, the true potential of these standards can only be realized if all system components adhere consistently to them. Typically, a standard provides a behavioral description of the system but isn’t inherently integrated into automotive software development processes like ASPICE. This session introduces a compliance model and platform designed to verify implementations against the eSync Alliance OTA specification. It also demonstrates how this compliance platform seamlessly integrates into the ASPICE ecosystem.
